Cellophane Overwrapping Machine

Packing process:

The cases are fed in and pushed through a vertically held sheet of cellophane to which a tear-tape has already been glued and cut to produce a lift tab. The cellophane wraps around the case and the overlap is heat welded. It then passes through end folding jigs to the two side heaters, which weld the ends.

When printed cellophane is used, the machine automatically positions the cellophane to achieve an identical wrapping of each case.

It is possible to adjust all parts of the process to produce the result desired.

With a small additional circuit, the M-820 will accept, via a conveyor belt (M-80), cases being fed from the M-820 cellopahne overwrapping machine so that continuous packaging production can be achieved.
